Christmas Wimmer Style!

Well this past weekend we were able to celebrate the holiday season with the Wimmer family! We all met up at our home and then headed to lunch at Rumbi. Taytum kept us entertained as she enjoyed her rice bowl... In her words: "This is so good ! I just can't stop eating!" After lunch we went for a ride on Trax and ended up at the Church History Museum. There we played in the children's room. The girls enjoyed playing with all the babies and Uncle Jer loved dressing up for the Nativity Scene. We got to open up presents back at our house and ended the day at our church building where we shared dinner and the kids built gingerbread houses. The day was so fun! On Sunday we went to Ogden and had another party with the entire Wimmer family. Oma and all of her children and their children joined the festivities. It was such a fun party. We enjoyed the weekend and are so glad we were able to spend it with family. This was only the beginning of the holiday fun... I can't wait to make more memories! The perfect tree all dressed up!

Thanksgiving, it's over already??

I can't believe how quickly Thanksgiving has come and gone. We had so much fun spending time with family, eating some really good food, hunting for the perfect tree, and going to my first Jazz game! I have to say I certainly am a lucky girl. I am so thankful for all the blessings in my life. I am especially grateful for my husband. He is such a good man and makes me so happy! We both enjoyed the time we were able to spend with his family during the holiday. We love you all! Thanks for making our first Thanksgiving together so special. We have some very cute nieces and nephews! But just so my family knows we love you too and we missed being with you but look forward to spending Christmas together! I love this time of year because it brings the people we love the most together more often. Enjoy the week and the "warm" weather and we will see you soon...
