Finally... I have time to write.

A beautiful lily in our pond!
Park City Marathon
Our cheerleaders waiting for us to make to the half way point!
Legacy Parkway Bike Ride
Labor Day at the land!
It has been forever since I have taken the time to update our blog. A lot has happened in the last month. I achieved my goal and ran the Park City half marathon with Britney. I thought that would be the end of it but I enjoyed the training portion so much that I am going to do another half in April. I haven't run much since then but I will get back on a schedule soon.
School has been my life the last 3 weeks. I feel the need to work 11 hour days but I am going to end that soon. It has been fun being in a brand new school with some great kids. There are 32 of them this year so grading is consuming me but we should have some help coming to us soon. I love teaching still and really am enjoying my class. They are so smart!
Jeremy and I are coming up on our year mark which is hard to believe! He is such an amazing husband and I can honestly say I love him more each day. He is working hard and has had a lot of new patients. He is still fighting with his elbow trying to get the inflamation under control. He enjoyed riding in the Legacy Parkway bike ride with Mike, Jeremy and Jensen. It was fun for me to be waiting at the finish line for him!
We spent Labor Day weekend up at the land camping and planting trees. We rented a 4-wheeler and had fun exploring. We ate great and enjoyed some rainy weather. We are so glad we have our own little spot to camp. The Lewis family and Mike always make it a great adventure!
We did enter our pictures at the State Fair and saw some success. Our little squirrel took 4th place! It was fun to see the ribbon and have our work displayed with so many talented people. We are going to do it again next year but really put some time and thought into it.
Overall life is good. We are happy and mostly healthy and that sure makes us feel blessed. We are excited for upcoming season to spend time with family! Love you all!
