Vacation's Over, Back to School!!

Well the summer has come to an end and it was time to go back to school today! I love my new little class and I am sure we will have lots of adventures this upcoming year together. I was able to go on a little adventure with my parents a couple of weekends ago and it was great! We spent the weekend in New Mexico at a beautiful resort The Tamaya. We also took a day trip up to Santa Fe and did some fun window shopping. I love my parents and am so glad I had some one on one time with my mom and dad!! It's been SUPER busy!

So a lot has been happening the last couple of weeks. I guess that is my excuse for not blogging! I know everyone has been waiting to see what the new kitchen looks like... well there are some pictures but it is still not finished. We are getting closer though and what is done looks great! We have 7 weeks left until the wedding and things are getting busy! We had so much fun going to the movies with Trent and then boating for FHE with the Lewis' and Trent's family! I just returned from 4th grade camp! We went up to the Unitas to Mill Hollow Camp and hiked and hiked and hiked! It was so much fun. I had a great time seeing some of my students from last year. Now I'm in New Mexico with my parents enjoying the scenes, food, and my horse. Pictures of this adventure will be here soon! I miss Jer but I am so thankful to have the chance to spend some time with my parents! In the upcoming week I head back to my classroom to get ready for the new school year, Jer and I have our engagement pictures Tuesday night and we will continue to work on the kitchen! It's a busy time but we are so thankful for the time to spend with family and friends along the way. Thanks Trent for a great time at the movies!
